Maxim’s de Paris, for Parisian Valentine’s Day

From the reopening at the end of 2023, the restaurant Maxim from Paris it stands like an iconic table in the capital. Nestled in a decor made up of frescoes, slanted mirrors and mahogany elements that contrast with red velvet furniture, this place steeped in history promises a colorful evening.

For Valentine’s Day 2024, the facility offers a menu specially designed for lovers, all in a festive atmosphere.

Among the four appetizers, we find scallop carpaccio with spicy vinaigrette and caviar or whole lobster with a salad with truffle vinaigrette. As for the dishes, meat lovers can turn to tournedo Rossini, black truffles and green beans, while pasta lovers will appreciate the linguine with truffles.

For dessert, Maxim’s de Paris offers crispy meringue with caramel, passion fruit and vanilla; chocolate cream, cocoa nibs and caramel; or snow eggs.

Open from September 2023, Espadon is a must-try new Parisian gastronomic restaurant. With its comfortable room and elegant terrace, this restaurant is located in the heart The Ritz Paris led by Eugénie Béziat. The cookbook offers dishes that combine French cuisine with African flavors, guided by childhood on the African continent and regular vacations under the Mediterranean sun.

For its first Valentine’s Day, Espadon unveils an elaborate menu that combines flavors from here and elsewhere. Eugénie Béziat imagined potato and tuberose flower with a blend of Vadouvan black spices, Melanosporum black truffle and hints of Voatsiperiphery pepper. Among the rest, guests’ palates will discover roasted turnips with medlar and nasturtium and Parmesan reduction with pear brandy, sea bass unilateral, puntarella, green coffee and walnut spice, then guanciale with centifol rose and cloves, lentils, lemon caviar, dulse seaweed and a bar.

Finally, the menu will end with a meringue with lychee and frozen gentian, a sweet middle with rose petals. Please note that this exclusive menu for February 14th is accompanied by a bottle of Amour de Deutz Rosé 2009 champagne for two.

A glass of aphrodisiac will open guests’ palates before they choose between a crispy lobster tail or a seductive leek with seaweed, foie gras and citrus fruits, according to the appellations listed on the Hôtel Particulier Montmartre menu.

For the main course, sweet fillet of beef, potato mousseline and Périgueux sauce stands alongside delicately roasted hake meat and caviar butter. And to end the meal in style, you’ll have to choose between a chocolate apple and a Marie-Antoinette nipple. A menu of pleasant flavors and to say the least… delicious.

Socializing and flavor combinations at Chiquette au Cinq Codet

After the raclette meeting, chef David Maroleau, at the helm of the Chiquette restaurant of the five-star hotel Le Cinq Codet, has designed an extremely sophisticated menu for Valentine’s Day, which will take place in a musical atmosphere.

During the February 14 dinner, couples will be able to enjoy mojo verde and wasabi crab with cucumber and pomelo jelly, char-grilled fish caramelized with Den Miso and vegetarian California rolls, “crying tiger”-style veal and black sesame tempura. As for desserts, the chef offers an iced mint parfait and profiterole with passion fruit and white chocolate, raspberry and lychee.

Alleno Paris: high gastronomic Valentine’s Day

Come to the three-star Alleno Paris and enjoy a menu specially designed by Yannick Alléno. For Valentine’s Day, the chef will deliver a seven-course meal, to use his +1 all evening at the gourmet table.

Among the dishes developed for the occasion, Yannick Alléno offers sturgeon nonette as a brioche surprise with smoked whipped cream and bacon; dish based on scallops and truffles; mullet accompanied by pomegranate molasses and enhanced celery and red wine; and a bit of roasted venison with pepper sauce and spices.

As for the sweets, raw country cream is mixed with crunchy olive bars, citrus paste and crushed clementine. The meal ends with a fold of black truffle with caramel and fleur de sel, headed by brioche iced with vanilla caviar.
